Mrs. Helen W. Wentzel, 66, of 1398 Holliday drive, Bunny-Run, Lake Orion, died at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Sunday, May 2, following a three month illness.

She was born in Detroit Feb. 22, 1882, the daughter of Carl and Wilhemina Cunov, and was married to Carl Otto Wentzel in Detroit in 1904. She attended the Detroit public schools and was a member of the St. John Lutheran church of Rocheseter.

Coming from Detroit, she had lived in lake Orion for the past eight years. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Harold C., of Brooklyn, Mich., and Robert A., of Chicago; two brothers, Emil of Dearborn, and Frank of Detroit.

Service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from Allen's Funeral Home, the Rev. Walker C. Gerken of Rochester, officiating, ,with burial in East lawn Cemetery.
